I hadn't actually realised that I was booked on a private trip, but the driver and I had a great time. Wayan aren't they all was witty and had a great knowledge of the area. We laughed a lot. The monkeys were entertaining and there are so many of them because they practice a lot!
Balinese dance is great reminded me of Cambodian dance a bit, but after a while seeing performances at lots of restaurants and every show I was over it.
I enjoyed the experience of drinking coffee made from civet droppings and had to admit it was very nice!
A thoroughly enjoyable day.
Monkey forest was fabulous, though don't take any food unless it's for them. There are families, babies and all.The Balinese dance was very entertaining and their costumes were amazing. We also did a coffee/tea tasting,a cloth factory visit and a temple visit.A very packed and informative day.
This tour was amazing and so much value for money. Our tour guide/driver picked us up at our hotel and let us have a quick breakfast before going to visit the Balinese Dance, he then brought us to the gold and silversmith and then we visited the Waterfalls. He took pictures of us and helped walking the stairs and climing the riverrocks. He was kind and patient, told us a lot about the culture and living of Bali and we really enjoyed his knowledge and company. After the waterfalls we had a drink at the terrace near the waterfalls and after we visited the coffee/tea plantation which was very interesting! We tried lots of different teas and coffee and we made some selfies at the nearby rice terraces see picture. After that we went to lunch at a nice restaurant near the road and with a rice terrace view, we invited our guide to come eat with us. He was hesitant at first but we had such an amazing time and wished the day would never end. We went to Ubud after to visit the Art Market not the Monkey Forest because we already went there and near 6PM he picked us up again and dropped us off at our hotel. Lovely day and best guide ever! Thank you so much.
This tour was absolutely amazing! Our very nice guide Wayang Sumadi showed us so much in 10 hours and we just loved it. He also did not mind at all making pictures for us while we were exploring the surroundings. He explained the customs of the culture and no question was to much! We loved him and the tour so much that we asked if he was free to do another tour with us. He gave good advice about what we should see and so we ended up at the holy water temple and that experience was just amazing! He even loaned us sarongs, so we could enter the mother temple and bought us water bottles to cool off. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had! For this little money we highly recommend this tour, just amazing!
