The tour and places we visited were fantastic. The tour guide was super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Even the driver was great. The Caracol cenote was the highlight of the day hands down!
We had an amazing time. It could not have been better. From the first moment everything went great. Pickup from our hotel was right as scheduled. Guide (Benito) was funny, knowledgeable and made sure everyone was comfortable and safe at all times. We saw majestic Mayan ruins right on the ocean, gorgeous snorkeling water where we were lucky to see rays and turtles and we capped off the day with a swim in a stunning cenotes. Food and water were provided at all times during the trip as well. Overall an awesome experience that I would definitely recommend.
Our tour guide Pepe was great. His entire crew were so pleasant. This tour was well broken up for a long day. Lots to keep you busy and entertained.
Awesome one day trip, packed with activities! I had a great time. The guides were knowledgeable and courteous and made the experience very enjoyable.
My favourite part was the cenote! It is awesome! Very very beautiful!
Great day, but tiring. Pick up at hotel on time and smooth. Covered Tulum pretty quick, but very informative Mayan guide. We loved the Cenotes (in water) incredible stalagtites/stalagmite formations. While simple, we thought the food was good and authentic. Saw nice variety of fish in the Akumal area. Juan was a great guide! we really enjoyed his demeanor, humor and information.
Mayan ruins were very interesting our guide was very knowledgeable it was a very hot day so the Cenote and snorkelling were a great way to finish the day
If you do one thing in Mexico, make sure it’s this ( because it’s 3 things). Great sites, great tours and good food.
I really enjoyed the variety in this tour. The guides were excellent. Transportation from the hotel was included and on time. It was a long day but filled with variety and excitement. The visit to Tulum was great, and the snorkeling afterwards was very good. We saw two big turtles, a stingray and many fish. After a healthy lunch, we walked through a dry cenote and then went underground and swam in a cenote. It was one of the neatest experiences I have had in quite a while. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone considering it. Be prepared for mosquitos in the outdoor lunch and cenote area. The day may be too long for smaller children.
This tour is a must do. You learn so much about the Mayan Ruins and its people from a separate tour guide connected to the Tulum Ruins. We were also given detailed information about the Cenote and Cave by the company's tour guides
My disppointment was that we were not able to go to the Mayan Beach to snorkle as water was too rough and low visibility in the water to see the reef, etc. Instead they took us to a Lagoon that is both salt water and fresh water. It was ok; i would not pay to go there though. After the Lagoon we went to area with cave and cenote; we had lunch which was BBQ pork, rice, fruit, pasta salad, tea and water; they have options for vegan or gluten free.
After lunch we trekked the woods to go to the cave. Explanations were given on different types of trees, spiders etc. We declined the stairs into the cave, saw the stalactites and stalagmites formation. It was very impressive. Explainations were given on their growth, what they are made of, etc. After the cave we scaled some stone steps out of cave and walked to the cenote. We descended the stairs down to a platform where we were give instructions and more information about the cenote. After jumping into the water we all gatthered to swim with guides to other parts of the cenote and its caves.
This is a must do tour; hopefully you will schedule your trip so you can snorkle at the beach.
Loved the excursion and the variety of being able to complete three adventures. Tour guide and tour photographer were very friendly and engaging answering all questions about the tour. The only down side was traveling in a cramped van.
This is the perfect 3-in-1 combination tour of the Riviera Maya. You'll visit the Tulum ruins, then go snorkeling in the colorful coral reef in the Caribbean Sea and finally you'll get to swim and refresh in a crystal clear water cenote and visit some caves. Your tour also includes a delicious lunch of typical regional food plus transport.
