Me and my wife enjoyed the whole day, and Diego was really friendly, he did the tour in both English and Spanish since we were a group with people from different countries.

This tour exceeded my expectations. A big factor is how talented and amazing our guide, Carlos was. He went over and above what a great tour guide is about!

Our bus driver Miguel and Tour guide Carlos were great! We spent all day with them from site to site. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the Mayan culture as he is from Mayan descent. Tulum and Coba ruins transport you to another time. The cenote is beautiful. Definitely worth your time and money.

This is a 12 hr+ excursion - as advertised. Pickup from hotel started at 7:30 AM and we reached Tulum around 10:15 AM and had 2 hrs stay there. Bus was A/C and Mercedeze Benz with modern amenities (powerful A/C, electrical outlet). Tour guide provide bottled water few times during the day - very helpful during the hot weather. Note that there is a shuttle service available for 20 pesos to take you from the bus stop to the entrance - covering a distance of about 1/2 km. Trip to Cenote was not very great. Food was average and time spent there was not of any value. Coba ruins took the crown for the day and the Guide team (Luis Estrella, Jerry Heraldo, Alfredo) were phenomenal. Showed us the details that we would have never known and allowed us to have a free tricycle ride back from the ruins to the gate. Appreciated that gesture. Returned to hotel by 7:45 PM.

First of all Jesus is a good tour guide for Spanish but his English is ok and I'm being kind. I had to translate pretty much everything he try to say in English to the English speakers in the tour.
The facilities in the Cenote are well below par. For the amount of money paid i expected something way better.
The food at the restaurant was good.
Taking all in consideration, not a very good tour!
Extremely dissatisfied!!!!

Guide told us alot of history about the Mayans. Which was interesting and with an 'agenda,' Which I bought into as well. Purchased a Mayan birthday calendar. They stopped of at the local catch penny - A Mayan village type prop to buy souvenirs on way through which left not enough time to spend at the monuments. A total disaster. Far too rushed. Wasnt an easy day. Guide was nice enough. Not his fault. If I had to do again would go to each separately.
