Your exciting 7-hour desert safari will take you to the beautiful golden-colored desert for thrilling dune bashing over the giant sand dunes. The desert safari program will be done in a 4-wheel drive SUV accompanied by a professional and licensed safari guide. The jeeps are configured for safety to protect every passenger.
You will visit an oasis and drive through the camel farm. Get your handy-cams ready to capture the beautiful moments of sunset that captivate the beauty of the desert. Visit to the camel farm and stop
Continue your drive until you reach the desert safari camp, which is built in the middle of the desert. The style and theme resembles a traditional Bedouin village.
Take a ride on the 'ship of the desert', the trained Arabian camels. Try sand-boarding, surfing down dunes on a snowboard-style board. Simply relax on Arabian carpets and enjoy a traditional shesha water-pipe in your choice of fruit flavor.
You can experience the art of henna design, as expert painters adorn your hands and feet. Once you're done, why not pose for photos in Arabian dress?
Next, it is show time. Watch, mesmerized, as belly dancers gyrate before you. Do not miss the Tanuora show, the skirts of a whirling dancer spin and fly in the classic Tanoura dance. Our tour was so well organised from the very start to the very end. Our driver Adrias from ABC tours was a very witty guy who made our whole day a lot of fun. This tour comes HIGHLY recommended - so worth every cent! It’s a MUST DO when in Dubai... brilliant!
We went for soft ride but tried a few rollercoasters. Drivers and staff were nice and helpful. See a desert is a must:)
If you want a good cross section of desert fun and culture, this is an excellent starting point. We were picked up from the hotel by our tour guide Sadiq and on the dune bashing he went fast enough to be fun without needing to hang on for dear life. While an optional extra (150 dirhams) the quad biking was easy enough for first timers while those with a little experience could hang back a little and use a bit more speed to make things fun (remember to take wrap-around glasses). There was lots of good, pre safari information about taking the correct clothing and what to expect and that the camel ride was just a short experience - which proved to be enough for most of the participants. We arrived at the camp just in time to see the sun set and were lucky enough to have a spectacular after-glow where the clouds glowed crimson. The food was very tasty and, to a tourist at least, appeared very authentic while the live show provided a great end to the event. We have already recommended the safari to colleagues staying longer in Dubai.
Our day started with our driver imran collecting us at our hotel exactly on time, he was simply the best would highly reccommend doin desert safari with these guys
From start to finish we had such a laugh with our driver who knew how to give us a thrill ride. Well worth going on.
Sadhik was our tour guide and driver and to say he is excellent is an understatement!! He was engaging, informative, friendly, and funny!!! We thoroughly enjoyed his driving skills and sense of humor. Walking away from this adventure I feel as though my husband and I made great friends!!! Definitely recommend this adventure to all who visit Dubai!!!!
Our experience was awesome. I wouldn't change a thing. Pick up and drop off was on time. Our guide was very funny ,interactive with us and made us feel very comfortable when he was driving. This was our last day /night in Dubai and it was a great lasting memory to leave with . I would differently recommend. Thank you .
It was a fantastic experience, even though I had gone to the racetracks with Ferrari, it impressed me, completely different. Our driver Jamshid from ABC Tours was very good as a driving style and as a guide explaining the details of the place, apreciated also by the GT pilots (Lamborghini). Very careful with tourists! Compliments! Is a "must2 experience at Dubai! I'll do it again as soon as possible!
It's a great experience. Ahmad, our driver was excellent, he knew the area so good, even though we actually asked for a soft ride, at the end we where glad that we got the full experience. It isn't that bad. The food is great and the evening is full with entertainment.
Starting with the best parts of this experience are definitely the Dune Bashing in the SUV along with watching the sunset in the Arabian Desert. The guide was very nice as well and he was very creative with the photo taking with my iPhone. The rest of the evening however were mediocre at best once we arrived at the camp. They offered us to hop on the camels out front but I could tell those camels are abused. I’m a big time meat eater and I’m not an animal activist by any means but even I have a heart. So my heart and conscience wouldn’t allow me to tolerate hopping on these camels or even watching them tortured. They offered us dates and Arabic coffee on arrival but there were flies all over the dates. I personally like my dates “fly free” so I had to pass on eating those. They said unlimited soda but they had about two flavors and were skimpy with the water and soda. It was kind of annoying. The show itself was boring. The bbq food took forever to prepare and wasn’t very good. I found myself wishing I was at my hotel away from this experience. The ride home took almost two hours and i was cramped in the third row of the Land Cruiser with no air conditioning.Even though people say a Desert Safari is a must when in Dubai, this particular Desert Safari is a “must not”. I think you get what you pay for, there are ones that are 3 times the price which if I were to guess, provide a much better experience.
