This was a great excursion. They were efficient in communicating the pickup times via What’s app in the days before the excursion. The pickup was on time and we only made one other pickup and then started the tour so it was very efficient. We made one stop for bathrooms where there was the option to ride an ATV Quad bike (we did not do that but it was a convenient bathroom break anyway.)
Then the driver let air out of the tires to enable the ride and we began the ride through the desert from there.
It was lots of fun with spins around the sand and two stops for photos, the second one being for great sunset photos over the desert.

Then we arrived at the desert camp where we were taken to the VIP seating which we had upgraded to on the What’s App the day before . I recommend the upgrade as it’s only $10 per person but the seats are much more comfortable (anyone who has a bad back like me should definitely do the upgrade, as the regular seating is on cushions around tables around the stage but those cushions are not chairs and thus don’t have anything to support your back, whereas the VIP seats were really comfortable cushioned chairs with cushioned backs around tables on a raised platform just above the standard seats and overlooking the stage. Also the VIP seats got dinner and drinks served right to your table rather than needing to walk to the buffet yourself.

After being seated we had the option to do the camel ride and we did that (it was free ) which was fun.

Then we went back to our table and they began the first two shows. The spinning whirling dirvish dancer was good and the fire dancer was an amazing show and great fun. Then they brought us dinner and after dinner was the belly dance show which was really great and exotic
too.
It was also nice that since this camp is exclusive to their passengers, it was limited to around 50 people so it was not as crowded as I have heard many others that share camps become. It was also nice that we were not hassled by anyone trying to sell us anything like I had read many reviews of other camps.
They did have one booth you could barter to buy local things and we did barter to buy two pillow covers with embroidered camels that we could take home to put on couch pillows at home but it was just nice that it was our choice to visit that booth rather than having anyone approaching us to hawk their stuff.
All together I would definitely suggest this tour for a fun, no hassle desert and show experience

Me n my wife enjoyed the trip. The driver sayif was interactive n gave us a clear explanations of the experience. From the quad bike rides, 4X4 skiing in the desert and to the VIP ($10pp) at the camp was the top of the experience. We really enjoyed the experience and would be returning to ABC tours next time we visit. This company practice what they preach.

I had absolutely amazing experience going on this attraction. Mainly because of the tour guide, Sanjay.
His expertise and professionalism made it a memorable experience for us all. He also gave a personal touch which made it very special for me. He happened to know it was my birthday, and he gave a surprise for me by informing this to the organizer at the Camp whom announced and asked everyone sang a Happy Birthday song to me.

Sanjay also such an excellent driver maneuvering in the Dunne bash. He picked perfect spots for photos and was a great photographer too. Sanjay ensured we did all the experience offered and explained in great details of the rundown. He made the day ran smoothly.

Thank you so much!

Excellent trip. I enjoyed the trip. The driver was very skilled and helpfull. Attention: when driving a Quad in the dessert, kindly do advise customers to wear long trousers, for the heat of the engine and the warm dessert wind can scourge your ankles.

This was a lot of fun. TJ was an excellent driver and made the dunebashing extra exciting. Sitting in the VIP stands and having our meals and drinks delivered made the dining experience extra special.

I was disayed that althought we had wited about 40mins at the stop over point we then had to wit a further 30mins for the rest of the party to do the sand bashing. The ride to the camp over the dunes was good. Unfortunately there was less than 50 people which meant that there wasn't a lot of atmosphere when the entertainment was on. The Fireman was really good but the highlight of the evening was the camel rides which were wonderful.

The Red Dune Desert Safari was only a brief experience or taste of activities of life in the desert. This is all you have time for in a couple of hours. The activities were entertaining and fun, the BBQ gave us a taste of traditional cooking. But the first stop where we all waited in an air conditioned room which filled up by all the tours coming in was a waste of about an hour, purpose unknown. Some did quad bike ride here but it seems like we had to wait until everyone from each tour had done this before we could go. Some had to wait outside in the heat. I can't imagine what it would be like in peak times. Waiting around for other vehicles also took up a lot of time
