Description:

After a pickup from your centrally located Dubai hotel, relax in your comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle on the way to your first Dubai city stop: the striking Burj Al-Arab hotel. Located on the sands of Jumeirah Beach, on an artificial island, the luxury hotel is one of the tallest in the world, standing at roughly 1,053 feet (321 meters). Stop for a photo, and then continue with your guide along the shoreline to Jumeirah, one of Dubai's upmarket residential areas.
Next, head to Bastakiya to see the contrast between the two neighborhoods. Explore the winding lanes that lead to hidden courtyards and the mud-brick homes topped by traditional wind towers, designed to catch cooling offshore breezes. Continue to old Al-Fahidi Fort, home to Dubai Museum, and take in views of the fort’s cannons, turrets and fortified walls. Then, cross Dubai's central waterway, Dubai Creek, in a traditional abra; it’s a must-do activity in Dubai!
On the Deira side of Dubai Creek, soak up the colors and perfumes of the famous Spice Souq. Then enjoy free time to shop for souvenirs or glimmering accessories in the nearby Deira Gold Souq before returning to your hotel.

With only a few days in Dubai, this tour took us to places we would never have seen on our own.
Well organised and punctual, these guys us showed old and new Dubai in a very effective manner.

Was a great tour. The Tour guide was explicit, very nice and cheerful. Had a good experience cross to to market in the old boat.

This tour offers a little bit of all...Great for tourists who have no glue clue about how to move in the first days.
The tour was supposed to be in English, but a lot of Spanish people were with us, so it was almost in Spanish.
I expected more information about the city.
They gave us only 30 min for Dubai's museum. Absolutely not enough! The rest was ok...

At the stop near the Burj Al Arab, the tour guide did not advise us that more people would be joining the tour, so we lost our seats upon returning to the bus. Plus we had left some private items onboard. The guide provided commentary in German and Engish to cater for the group, which proved to be confusing and was often disjointed, as we'd past things by the time he gave us the English version.
Driver appeared to pass our drop-off point in order to take others to their destinations before us, making the tour finish later than expected.

Our tour guide was great but this tour was so disorganized. The tour began 35 minutes late. We then traveled 30 minutes to pick up another small tour. So this tour began 1 1/2 hours late. The group we picked up had some German speaking guests, so our guide gave a multi lingual tour. He did a great job but do to the very late nature of the start time, we had to leave the tour 1/2 way through. We didn’t get to see the spice siq, the gold siq or take the boat ride. We were with the tour for 31/2 hours and
still didn’t see it all.
Victor was not accommodating at all. We were disappointed with Viator and their customer service.

Not very helpful. Tour guide was quite difficult to understand. Seemed to focus mostly on german tourists.

The company that runs this trip is terrible . No communication , got picked up by stinking mini bus , not told what was happening , over an hour going all over the place to pick up other passengers only to end up meeting a coach ( worse than the mini bus ) . This trip is so bad we got off the bus and got a cab back - real shame as one of the trips we really wanted to do . Don't bother , see these sights on your own , much easier , cheaper and more rewarding . No issue with Viator - it is the company that runs the trip - I had to phone them 5 times just for a confirmation of pick up . Viator needs to drop this company and find one that does the trip properly ( like all the other trips we did thru viator whilst in Dubai )
