price. One female guide was difficult to understand. Her English was poor and her accent was quite heavy.

the guides and drivers were very helpful , they knew the details of each route , and helped in telling us how to get back to our hotel. the tours were great, so much information, and a bit of humor, so it wasn't just a dry informative tour.but a lot of fun, and so much to see.

The Big Bus tour was fantastic experience and a real pleasure
the only problem the stop nearest us was a long walk

My only problem was that we did the blue route one night and they left us off at different stop then we got on, causing us to have to walk a distance to get back to our B and B. Other then that, it is a great way to see the city.

Tour bus was ok, we bought a 2 day pass which included Thames River cruise. We only used bus one day...traffic is really bad and takes ages to get around so we missed out on a lot of places, did the River cruise on the 2nd day. We were very lucky with the weather

My wife and I started the day early with the green line to stop 13 to hop-on the red line which took us to St Paul's Cathedral, London Bridge, Tower bridge and London Tower. At stop 16, we embarked on the River Thames cruise. It was a great start to continue visiting the rest of the magnificent sites of London. The frequency of the buses was good except for the orange line. The service was also good. A great way to discover London!
