It exceeded our expectation, the lunch that was provided in lieu of the Eiffel Tower lunch was more than enough. There was good food, wine flowing, live entertainment and the boat was clean.
Our tour guide Anna was very informative and so protective to the group.
This was my 2nd time taking this tour and it's a great way to see Paris in a day! Charlotte our tour guide was knowledgeable and very personable! So much fun!!
Charlotte was my tour guide and she was absolutely amazing! Professional, delightful, entertaining, and just plain kind. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Excellent tour. Anna was a great guide. Saw lots of sights and loved the river cruise lunch. Definitely would recommend
Excellent tour. Lunch was not at the Eiffel Tower. The alternative was lunch on a river cruise which offered excellent photo opportunities. Tour guide was excellent.
This tour was great! We loaded on the rail and then met a bus driver who took us all over the city! The river cruise was nice!
The train ride was great with breakfast and then dinner on our return. Wished it would have been longer. The tour guide, Charlotte, was very informative and very pleasant. The lunch on the river was one of the best we have ever taken. Even the food was good. The visit to the Louvre was a bit rushed. We were not able to see the Mona Lisa and did not have the time to peruse the gift shop and buy souvenirs. Over all, it was a wonderful trip.
Anna was a great guide. She was witty and attentive. There were a few glitches in the trip, but Anna was there to see us through. A day trip was just hard for Paris. But gave us a nice taste of it. Also the Eiffel Tower restaurant is closed right now. So we didn’t get a champagne lunch.
We booked this tour for my birthday and I looked forward to a champagne lunch on the Eiffel Tower to celebrate. The restaurant is undergoing renovations and can not be used from September 1 2019 to Feb 29, 2020. We were going on a Seine River cruise instead. I think we saw many more iconic buildings on the cruise, and we were pleased with the alternative. The lunch was good, and the waiter stuck a candle in my dessert and began singing Happy Birthday and everyone else joined in! Seeing Paris was wonderful. The bullet train was also part of the experience. Our tour guide Charlotte was great. We would recommend this tour.
This trip was a poor value for us. It might be right for someone who cannot get around well, but it was difficult to find our guide at the London train station. She should have had a sign to hold up as there are many groups collecting at this location and many people asking each other how to find their tour. Bus ride in Paris did a poor job of showing the sites as you only got a glimpse looking down a street between buildings for many of the sites, guide was hard to understand. Boat tour was even worse because our group was seated in the center rows of tables which made sites difficult to see. There was no guide pointing out the sites or providing any information at all. Overall, this tour was a very poor value for us and I would not recommend it. It was a huge disappointment for us as well as other people we spoke with in the group.
Enjoy an unforgettable day in the French capital on this luxury day trip from London to Paris, with an included lunch at the Eiffel Tower! Travel on Eurostar from St Pancras International and enjoy a panoramic sightseeing tour taking in Paris’ top sights, including the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe. Sip a glass of wine before a delicious 3-course lunch on the Eiffel Tower and enjoy a cruise along the Seine past Notre Dame Cathedral. Then, choose to visit the Louvre (own expense) or enjoy free time to explore or shop independently.
