This was a great tour. Our guide was very informative and provided great history and also great anecdotes on that history. It was great to get into areas of the Abbey that the general public could not.

Our guide, Nick, was great — he did a nice job of highlighting the history of the Abbey, and was a great storyteller. Access to Parliament was fantastic. I highly recommend this tour,

Excellent tour of Westminster Abbey, the tour guide offered an extensive background and history of the Abbey. Unfortunately, the House of Parliament was closed. However, I believe doing both tours would have been a bit much for my group.

Enjoyed the tour inside the Abbey. A lot to see and learn. Very good and experienced tour guide. Only a very brief explanation of the Houses of Parliament.

Had booked the combo tour of Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament. The Westminster Abbey was a detailed guided tour. The tour to the Houses of Parliament starts immediately after the first tour ends. There was no time given to do some souvenir shopping inside the Westminster Abbey souvenir shop except a short bathroom break. The tour to the House of Parliament was an audio guide tour and not a guided tour as I was expecting. That was disappointing as it would have been good to have a guided tour inside the Parliament. The tour guide was knowledgeable but the tour could be more engaging rather than rote commentary. Have been on other tours where the guides are more engaged with their tour group. Would recommend other tours that have this package.

We, as well as everybody on our tour, expected to have a 3.5 hour tour of both Westminster Abbey and a walking tour around Parliament, the majority of this tour being within the Abbey. This is what was described on the website, but not what was delivered because the Abbey had a function and was not allowing group tours our day. Furthermore, because we did not receive any tour of the Westminster Abbey, we had to pay for this on our own, in addition to what we paid for the Viator/Amigo tour. We got 75 minutes worth of an advertised 3.5 hour guided tour, walking outside of parliament. Both Viator and Amigo (the contracted tour company) initially refused to provide any refund. Eventually, a 20% refund was provided, which barely covered 1 admission ticket to Westminster Abbey. Giving 2 stars because Marian, the tour guide was great (and was just as surprised as all of those on the tour that no groups were allowed in Westminster Abbey that day.)

You are required to meet at Abbey Store that does not open until 9:30. Rained all morning and got soaked. By the time we got into the Abbey, it was very crowded and groups were muddled in the church and given much too long narration. It took so long that I skipped out on the Parliament tour. It was a bit disappointing. The tour guide was impressed with her own knowledge and did not read her audience who were bored and impatient
