In the morning (June-October) we stop for 1hr at the stunning but less well known Crystal Lagoon. It is fringed by steep cliffs and therefore accessed only by boats. With unbelievably clear water, it is perfect for swimming, snorkelling and diving. Take a plunge into it’s crystal clear waters from one of our three waterslides, or jump from the top deck if you dare! A true snorkelers paradise, where you can even swim inside the caves.
En-route to the Blue Lagoon you can admire the amazing sight of a shipwreck from one of the 26 underwater windows. It is a 50 meter ex German Minesweeper lying on the seabed 20 Meters below sea level. The visibility of the shipwreck will depend on the sea and sunlight conditions. For safety reasons we will not stop at the wreck if there are ongoing diving operations.

Very relaxed boat tour with seamless hotel-pier transfers. The citadel on Gozo was a particular highlight, as was the boat ride itself.
Amazing your for the price. Must go if you want to see the islands in one day. Really good for the price.
We took this trip last week. Very well organised trip, friendly staffs and good arrangements on-board - loved the slide, snorkelling and jackets were available on hire... we felt exclusive as we went very close to all the caves unlike other boats. Minibus tickets were available for Gozo city tour. The crew distributed fresh pineapples for snacks... loved the trip.
All round great day ,beautiful coastline ,the swimming at the lagoon was amazing and the Islands were beautiful, the crew on board were very professional and helpful ,can't recommend enough they even bring round pineapple at the end ,would go on again when visiting Malta
make sure your hotel is local to the boat you will get on because they don't tell you that if it isn't then you are charged 20 euros for your transfer....just get on the boat and don't worry if you don't get a lounger on the top deck because your day only starts when you get to comino island...this trip is such an awesome way to spend the day
We booked in advance and it went very well, all according to plan. Was the hottest day of the year in Malta so was perfect for swimming in the crystal clear waters of the lagoons. The added fee for the bus on Gozo was well worth the money but if I had 1 criticism, it would be to only go to 1 place on Gozo instead of being rushed in 2 places. We stopped at Victoria for 55 minutes, and Xlendi for just over an hour. We didn’t have much time at all to see anything. Just had a drink and a bite to eat. Maybe just do 2 full hours on either one. That was the only down side. The rest of the trip was great. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff on the boat. The English lad was a good barman and knew his stuff. The sites were incredible and was comfy seats to sit and lay on. Shower on board was an added bonus for washing the sea water off before heading off around Gozo. Thanks.
This is a really good trip for the price, Gozo is a beautiful place .The blue lagoon is amazing too. Only one negative is that they book too many people on , like sardines we where and no seats left on the boat , after a long days trip all you want to do is sit and relax .Still would recommend this trip to anyone though .
Be very careful. Many safety hazards on the boat: slippery deck, very slippery plank, which is on an incline, witnessed several falls on the boat. ALWAYS wear water shoes or shoes with grip/tread. Not ideal swimming off the boat unless you are a strong swimmer and you also need good upper arm strength to pull yourself up out of the water and onto the boat( even with a ladder). If you're strong you can swim to the lagoon where the water is calmer and shallower.
Impossible to hear announcements if you are stuck in the "outside seats".
Get there very early to hopefully get a padded lounge on the upper deck or at the front.
BEWARE THE CAVES!!! On the return trip the boat pulls right up into the mouth of a cave----DUCK!!!! WITH the waves you can get decapitated if you're at the front and not paying attention. There was NO warning.
The water was too rough in my opinion where the boat first moors--- very wavy. 2nd stop--- super crowded.
Next time I'd take the ferries.
It was just a transportation, almost no guide/commentary as was advertised as audio. Had to pay additional 5 Euro pp for ground 10min ride in Gozo (walking in city on our own, no guide).Additional 10 Euro pp for a speed boat ride to sea caves. Instead of taking this tour could take ferry to Gozo and Comino_Blue lagoon and wouldn't be limited in time.
It was disorganised from the beginning. We were at the boat at 9.45 (check in didn’t start till 10.15). The boat was overcrowded which was felt when the boat was returning. Lots of people were standing on return. There was chaos all around. No proper explanation about land transports in Gozo as there were two groups - one to Victoria and one to Xlendi Bay.
On return there was only one shuttle bus, which did a trip to the local hotels and then to the non local hotels. We had to wait for around 20 mins in rainy and cold weather before the shuttle bus took us to our hotel. Please avoid Sea Adventure Group if you want to do a Gozo / Comino trip.
Visiting Malta and want to see a lot in a short space of time? Want to see the Blue Lagoon but do not wish to spend all day on Comino? Or just prefer to experience a few sights? This tour could be perfect for you. It is designed for you to experience a feeling of both Gozo and Comino, in 1 day.
During your two hours in Comino use the boat as a base, utilising it's fantastic facilities, including 26 underwater windows, a waterslide from the top deck, 2 smaller slides, jumping platforms, sundeck with cushioned sun loungers, Ladies and Gents facilities, disabled toilet with changing area & shower, air-conditioned deck and a small gated play areas for under 3's.
In Gozo you have 3hrs, make your own plans or join our organised Land Transport which will transfer you to one of two amazing locations; the Capital Victoria, home to the UNESCO World Heritage Centre the Citadel or Xlendi a small seaside village.
