Our tour operator, Maxibalt Tours was excellent. Alexei was very professional and made sure that me and my husband are well taken cared of from Saint Petersburg to Moscow. Our tour guide in Moscow, Anna was beyond excellent. We felt really safe and confident the whole Moscow tour. She’s very knowledgeable of Russian history and went out of her way assisting us with food choices, taking pictures and making sure that we get into our train without any problem. I highly recommend Maxibalt Tours!
This was a fabulous excursion and I highly recommend if you visit Russia, it is a must. The private tour allowed us to leave later than the cruise groups. We covered more in less time. The tour company that Viator set it up with (MaxiBalt Tours) was fantastic. They texted and called me the night before as I requested Viator to allow. We confirmed our meeting time and location. They picked me up at the terminal by van and excorted us to our seat on train. As we got off train, our guide was waiting for us with a sign. OUr tour guide was super! All spoke very good English and the tour of all they key sites were fabulous. This was the highlight of my husband and I's Viking Cruise.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and thorough. She was very sweet, answered our questions, and was very sensitive to our interests and special needs.
I want to thank Alexei and Ilenia for taking me to Moscow and showing me the Kremlin and Red Square. They were very professional and did a great job. My only complaint was that I wished I had stayed longer to see more of the city. Highly recommended.
