I have been there twice now. Loved it both times. Seems the guides all have a story “of their experience that day.” In the tower observatory where the blinds are closed keep moving. They want to sell you a better view. You can see it all on the next level down!

Julia was an excellent guide and this tour is a MUST-SEE in New York! Everyone was affected by the dark days of 9/11 and it is a way to pay tribute to those who lost their lives on that tragic day. Our tour guide was very informative. The skip-the-line is a must do with the museum as it was very busy on the day we were there. The Observatory was a great way to see the views of New York City if you don't have time to visit everywhere!

Tim’s knowledge of the area made the walking tour. There is so much history in that area and he brought it to life.

Nik was a wonderful guide of the area and provided many personal stories of 911 regarding family and friends that added to the entire tour. The 911 memorial was extremely well done and was a wonderful tribute to all who were lost that day.

Nick our guide is great, he made you feel at ease in an emotional and moving place. His personal tribute should be admired.
The Memorial, museum and tower are in our opinions tasteful and respectful. If visiting New York, it should be visited at least once in a lifetime.

Very knowledgeable guide and an excellent overview of the site and the construction and memorials. The museum was an excellent presentation of the days events and the loss of so many fellow citizens.

The actual tour itself was informative but the guide tried to be dramatic and it didn’t work. The memorial and museum was amazing and not enough time. We had no time for the Observation Deck at Freedom tour but they let me reschedule to come back.

The tour is not as described. The tour consisted of a walk of the surroundings outside of the 9/11 Memorial then your dropped off at the line of the museum. The tour doesnt include anything inside. The only good thing was that you do skip the long line.
