The tour guy was the key to make this experience just perfect. It’s a shame i cant remember his name. But he was the besT.
We were fortunate to have Jennifer as our tour guide. She was both informative, respectful and also slightly humorous where applicable on our 9/11 memorial tour. For anyone wanting a well planned, organised and thoroughly informative tour, this is the one! If you are lucky, you may even get a hug from Jennifer when the tour is over (well worth it!)
This tour was great. Our tour guide Natalie provided us with a lot of information that we did not know. The walking tour prior to reaching freedom Tower and the pools was great. Would recommend this tour
The walking tour with John was memorable and excellent. John gave us a good insight into the day of 9/11. I can highly recommend John as a tour guide.
The museum part was not as good as the walking tour. There were far too many people in the museum to see all it has to offer. Perhaps they should limit the number of visitor per unit time.
The observation tower was ok but the "interactive" ipad were a waste of $20. They did not work
Our Viator All Access 9/11 Experience was amazing. Our tour guide Nick was informative, interesting and attuned to the tour group. He told personal stories, asked those in the group to share if they wanted too, and came prepared with pictures of 9/11 victims and heroes. I would recommend this tour highly. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Nick as your guide!
Our tour guide, Tony Di Sante, was very information and good. Our tour date was July 23 and we had a tour of the grounds and surrounding sights, museum entrance and trip to the top of World Trade 1.
The 90 min walking tour, the Museum, and tower were included in this tour. It was well worth the $109. I didn’t know which one to take but I am so glad I chose the complete tour. The guide was excellent, telling of his personal experience of that day. I highly recommend this tour.
Visited New York with my three sons. We were well informed about what happened during 9/11 and afterwards. But you have to go there to feel it.
Our guide was very engaging and knowledgeable and this was a very good tour. She shared a lot of personal detail, maybe a bit too much, about 9/11 with us, but did a good job on a rainy New York morning. Having the tickets to the museum was great as we got in without queuing.
Took the All Access guided Tour at the 9/11 Memorial. We didn’t regret that at all. An experienced and easy-going tour guide walked us through the horrible attack, leaving us with new information we would never have achieved, had we not gone to the Ground Zero. An amazing experience - but also emotional. Wouldn’t have missed it! And yes - do take a trip to the Observatory - an awesome experience.
This full experience of September 11th sites in Manhattan includes a 90-minute guided walking tour of Ground Zero and the 9/11 Memorial, entry to the 9/11 Museum and One World Observatory. As you're led by a local New Yorker guide with personal connection to the events of 9/11, hear stories of tragedy and heroism and gain a deeper understanding of the attack and aftermath. Select from two departure times when booking.
