Our visit was perfectly planned on advice from the Ticket booth members. Very helpful and patiently working with us. We got to see all on our list and even had time to wander and explore on our own. Loved it all. We recommend it highly.

Great place. Don't book ahead. Use the automated kiosks. At least using Viator you still need to stand in a huge line to get the actual tickets. No waiting at the kiosks. Also, the $27 entrance fee is "Suggested," but per official entrance rules you can pay only $4.50 per person. Viator and others do not explain that.

Take advantage of all the great films included in your admission. Worth the extra charge. Went to the ocean and Planetarium shows. Also visited the old favorites of North American animals.

Museum was just so amazing!! Would recommend that the museum have a sign that we need to turn in our vouchers for a ticket, and must stand in line for that.

Nice collection of artifacts but needs restoration. The planetarium and dinosaur exhibit are worth the admission price but, if you just want to see the regular exhibits, don’t pay full price. Once inside, go to the payment booths and pay what you want. Once you are done, be sure to have an ice cream in Central Park.

The Guggenheim Museum is wonderful, and this is not why I am rating it only 2 stars. It states, Skip the Line Access, when you purchase the Vouchers. We were not able to skip the lines. We had to stand in line, like everyone else, to get the tickets, as these are Vouchers only, and the tickets still need to be issued by the museum. We had the same situation at Guggenheim.

I wasn't able to take the museum tour yesterday. Last minute family emergency occurred. Neither rrp at viator or at the museum would help me to use the 4 saver plus ticket later this week. NO HELP AT ALL.I ve spent money on 3 other viator tours including Niagara Falls day tour this week.
