This was a great tour to see other boroughs and the visit to Coney Island was plus. Carlos was a little difficult to understand at times but he was an excellent tour guide. He was very pleasant on the tour and I really enjoyed myself. We had opportunities to take pictures of the iconic landmarks. If you want to see more of NY than Manhattan then this is great tour to take.

Our guide Jose was excellent..very knowledgeable, however I would had been much better if more time was allowed in some of the stops like Williamsburg and definitely Coney Island.

Very negative. Majority of info was on minority issues. Would like a more well-rounded approach rather than just sad stories about lower socioeconomic groups and their graffiti reflecting their dead and killings. There r many positive and nice things about the boroughs. I will go back home thinking NY is the dirtiest, most dangerous and poorest city in the USA.

We dropped off half the group on the side of some Main Street. It was an abrupt departure. We stayed on bus to return to the hotel. Alex our tour guide was mediocre. Would not recommend tour; too large. Took tour Sat, Oct 26, 2019
