Renovations to Empire State Tour are fantastic. Wonderful new museum. Buying the extra tickets for the 102 floor is a MUST!! New floor to ceiling windows. It is thrilling.
Perfect night out on the empire state building, we visited on a sunday night and it was very quiet, No ques at all
The entire experience was very enjoyable; employees were courteous, the entire building was so clean,
Great simple ticket only experience.
Didn't go for the "beat the line" option and got lucky on the Sunday as there wasn't one!!
Staff were nice and friendly and the building is just amazing.
best way to do this tour "SKIP THE line" you get right in and no waiting and first access to elevators!!! EXCELLENT!!! Great way to see this iconic building with an amazing view!!!!!
Paid for SKIP the line priorty tickets, there was no question so was able to go straight in.
Go views, worth a visit.
It was worth the extra dollars to skip lines and get to the very top. It was an enjoyable experience. Download the app for Audio ahead of time
We really enjoyed it. People working at ESB were great. I did receive some bad advice that cost a lot of time: We paid for skip the line tickets, which I was told I had to redeem, but I did not. I had the tickets. I was incorrectly sent to the Gen Admission line to redeem the tickets. I did get someone to help and he was fantastic. This is not a complaint. Just thought you should know. Staff was great!!
Although this is an expensive lift ride the views are amazing and the building is iconic. i was not particularly enthused by the 2nd floor display but did feel the experience of being on the top floor worth the cost.
Good attraction but has very convoluted and confusing entrance lineups and pathways; a little claustrophobic too. The weather wasn't clear when I visited, so couldn't see anything. The attraction is expensive and needs advance booking. But if the weather's dull, the building is a total waste of money and time. With so many other attractions in NYC, I don't think this building is worth the money they charge for it.
