This was my first tour in NYC. I thought they all would be this great. NOPE. I hope you get Rachel as a guide and John as the bus driver. I ended up going on 6 tours in NY. A NY night life tour, a NY skyline, a pedicab tour of Central park, Statue of Liberty crown access and this tour. No figures matched other tours like how much it costs to rent the bill board in times square. Even the stats of the rate of crime. What something rents for. I did research on my own after I was home. Rachel knew her stuff. I recommend the NYC in day especially if you only have time for 1 tour. She is awesome. Knows her stuff and tells you right. She also gives star factor facts as well. As well as her personal recommendations for things like broadway shows, food and transportation tips. This Tour was professional, provided water, gave specific times to meet back, guide got off bus with us. Bus was a comfortable motor coach.

Excellent overview of mid- and lower Manhattan. Whets your appetite to see the sites in more detail if you are so inclined. Driver and guide were both very knowledgeable.

This tour was a great way to start our time in New York having never been there before. Our guide Mike was superb, very knowledgeable and friendly with appropriate advice for NYC first timers. The tour gave us great insight on where to go back to later in our stay. Excellent boat trip - loved the music!

What a fantastic way to see many iconic areas one in day. Our guide Dana's knowledge and story telling are epic and very funny, and Betty's driving in such a congested city simply amazing. A very enjoyable informative and fun day, a must do !

Fantastic way to spend you day in New York. I did this trip last year with my sister and niece and enjoyed the 2nd time just as much as the first. The staff (Dena) Fantastic! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent tour - we saw a lot, in a relatively short time, in spite of the traffic congestion. Knowledgeable, entertaining, friendly guide. Well worthwhile.

For those like myself traveling to NYC for the first time, this tour is great to get your bearings. I had arrived in NYC the day prior and needed some orientation on the layout of the city and what to see in coming days. The tour given by Dana and Jerry was excellent! We saw a good portion of the major attractions along the way and learned about some very interesting facts about the city and its attractions. The only challenge we experienced was that we were on a newer bus on a day when it was down pouring rain. We all had to take paper towels to wipe down the windows literally every minute or two to ensure we could see out due to the windows fogging up constantly. Let's hope that they figure that situation out because it wasn't very conducive to an enjoyable ride. Besides that inconvenience, everything else went great and I would recommend the tour to family and friends in the future!
