Rachel, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting and fun. It was a very good overview for a first time visit to NYC. She also included tips of how to get around the city and a list of suggested restaurants and other places to go on our own during our trip. It was well worth the money and time.

New York bus tour was excellent. Guide Tyler gave detailed information and added some stops depending on customers’ questions. Could not have a better overview of the city.

3 generations experience. Granddaughter was anxious about being on a bus tour and being confined. She enjoyed it very much sense our guide was so knowledgeable and interesting and we got off the bus to tour different areas of the city. OK it was a beautiful day❣️

6 hours seemed like a long day when my sister suggested this tour, but all of us head a great time and learned a ton. The moody teenager in our group enjoyed it so much we had to go back the next day to tour the 911 museum. Rachel was a wonderful tour guide and Manuel was a skillful driver. Rachel had a great balance between sitting on the bus and getting off to walk around. Do this tour and do it at the beginning of your visit to NYC..

We had an absolutely fantastic time. Our tour guide and driver were amazingly trivial with a bunch of inside information about the places we visited on our tour. Diana was great. I just wished we had more time but I understand it was all a New York Min. :)

This was a great tour! It was an easy way to see a lot of sights, without walking a ton. We learned a lot and felt like we could check the box on several of the sights. It was hard to hear the guide at times, especially when we were off of the bus. Overall we would highly recommend it to anyone.
*We did not do the boat portion, due to the season.

We expected to receive a replacement trip for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour that was eliminated, it seemed like a very short tour for $178 for two people. I remember reading we would go to Grand Central Station but we did not. I would like a partial refund for services not received.
