Quick getting into lift. Fascinating that lift doors had video of views on them feeling as though you were actually on outside going up,amazing!
360o views were incredible. Able to get some great pics
this was really worth while doing, the views are amazing and a pre-booked ticket saved so much time, we did this 2 hours after the museum and timing worked well
The observatory facility design is great and provides wonderful views of NYC and the surrounding area. A must see for any first time visitor to NYC.
It was worth the money. Due to delay in my flight by Delta, was unable to go on scheduled date. We were able to change date, without and difficulty. The views are great.
The view was amazing from the top of One World, It was our first visit to New York and the view was amazing , a full 360 degrees of all of New York City. and we took lots of photos,
The view from the tour is spectacular. We didn't have to wait in line which was great. The only negative
was the renting of VR equipment which I felt wasn't worth the money.
Our skip the line ticket did not enable to skip any line. As we had paid extra for this we were extremely disappointed. Excuse given was that we didn’t pay to skip all the lines. However we didn’t skip anything. The views were amazing. Well worth visiting.
The One World Observatory experience was great but the extra fee to "skip the line" wasn't worth the money. The staff shuffling the crowd didn't seem to care that we had the skip the line ticket and herded my family to the regular line even though we mentioned several times to various staff member about "skip the line access." While going through the regular maze, it seemed odd that we were still in a line to get to the elevators.
Not sure what the other observation decks are like in NYC so I have no comparison, but we were way UNDER
whelmed. Long lines (even with timed entry. The woman taking the tickets yelled at everyone who had gathered for entry at the time for the next tour, threatening to call security. What a disorganized cluster. I would definitely not do it again nor recommend it. Too costly for the experience...save your $$.
This ONLY gets you through the line to purchase a ticket, nothing else and believe me, you have a line for security, you have a line for the elevator, you have a line for the video, you have a line for up sell of an IPAD, all these lines before you get to see the view. Not worth buying these tickets and they really should not even be on Viator as an option, very disappointed.
