We visited at 11am on 5th March. There was very little queues anyway so the skip the line wasn’t really required but it was a great experience.
I was quite terrified about doing this, so we purchased the "skip the line tickets' it proved to be a good thing as i got more and more nervous. As you would expect, everything went smoothly, and to plan, stunning views, even if i didnt get too close to the windows.... overall, a fantastic experience, definite bucket list todo, glad i did it, but glad i got down.
Fantastic experience. If you have any issues you must speak to Lois who is absolutely amazing or Lewis whose customer service was first class. It was our wedding anniversary and the weather was cloudy so the view was minimal. Lois made a call and through Lewis we came back the next day x awesome
The skip the line ticket with priority security access was well worth the extra money, as we got in with absolutely no wait and no hassle. The elevator ride up and down was amazing, as was the initial presentation when we arrived at the top. When the screen went up at the end of the movie it was breathtaking. People were very helpful and the ipad was a nice addition. It was a great way to see the view of NYC.
Low season so there wasn't much queueing to get to the top. Unfortunstely we were informed it was zero visiblity due to cloud and were offered an alternative date, we were on a short holiday so went up im the super speedy lift all the same. Looking over the tops of the lower Tower blocks was interesting, on a clear day you could probably see for miles!
Fabulous view ,great program, fantastic food, amazing history and it’s definitely Worth the trip!!!!!!!!
Loved the carolers and Santa Claus at the top.
Very festive and a nice surprise!
My cocktail was WAY too expensive at $20.50. I ordered a Crown and Coke, but they only had Pepsi. Yes, there IS a taste difference.
We had a nice day over the skyline of Manhattan in the observatory. With priority tickets we didn't need to spent time in queues even during holiday season.
We travelled in Feb 2020, and had purchased express line tickets. The queue wasn't too long, but good to be able to walk straight in without any wait. As with all such places, there's a security presence and all bags / coats / shoes had to be scanned. All the staff were really friendly and respectful.
The lift is absolutely amazing - and so fast!
The view from the top is staggering - not so good for those with vertigo. On a clear day, you can see for miles and miles. The issued tablets give you the ability to plot all the sights and gives great information.
We wanted to buy some souvenirs from the shop but they were very pricey.
Worth a visit!
Skip the line was not included unless you paid for priority combo. The price is a bit much for a 10 minute tour but that’s the price of the tour unfortunately. If you have a clear day it’s worth while where as a cloudy or foggy day would be a waste.
