We enjoyed all the information that our guide gave us about history and also how we were able to know where to go and when.

We were late because of a subway delay. We caught up with the group and she went out of her way to get us into the Pedestal. She was fun and informative. We especially enjoyed the Ellis Island tour.

Alice did a wonderful job! Would have been nice to have a little more time at Statue of Liberty. Went on the same tour last year and ironically ran into Jacob on the boat. He was our tour guide last year! I enjoyed Ellis Island more last year as he was able to take the tour inside and give more info.

Wonderful "Australian" host with patience, knowledge and the necessary humour to cover a sizable group of "goslings". Most enjoyable and a good time to get ahead of the crowds. The security was worse than I have received on airlines. I was asked to exit and store my shoulder bag approx. 8x6" in a locker due to possibility of using long straps to carry it on my back! A ridiculous scenario for a purse smaller than most going thru security. Anyhow, it was great to revisit (after 25 years) and get more Liberty insight. Thanks from the family and one infant.

Best was early access...park and boats are empty. Jacob our guide was fantastic. Knowledgeable, fun, and adorable. By time you're done getting back to Battery Park on boat you realize how great it was to make effort going early as boats are packed.

Alvaro was an excellent guide, keeping us well informed of the plan for the morning and keeping track of us all. He kept us engaged with the history of the sites. He showed us the best spots for photos. My husband Mark and I would recommend this tour and thank Alvaro for his tips on other interesting places to visit in the city

Brilliant guided walk with Alvaro, of "walks of New York". From initial meet up through ferry journey's and visit to both venues, Alvaro made this a wonderful trip.

You technically just need an $18.50 ticket to the Statue of Liberty because the ferries and Ellis Island admission is free...but having John as our tour guide was nice because we didn’t have to figure out where to go or how to fit in all the sites within 4 hours. Our group had 20 people, and we almost lost two on Staten Island which would have caused us to miss the ferry to Ellis Island. If you are looking for a tour that takes the guess work out of experience, this is it.
