Very well organized
Would like more detailed information as to WHERE EXACTLY
We are to meet our guide.
Pier 16 isn’t enough.

We enjoyed our tour with our guide, Cherie, very much. The group was small enough that we were able gather round and clearly hear all the interesting details about the statue and Ellis Island. She provided useful hints about where the best views and picture opportunities were.

Rachel was outstanding. Her knowledge and passion of the history and the immigrants was amazing. Highly recommend this tour and Rachel.

Tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable. He told us so much more than the audio facilities would have done.

Great tour and very well planned from a timing perspective to give you enough time to see the sites but not standing around waiting for others.

We were lucky enough to have Cherie. She was awesome. One of the best tour guides we’ve had on any tour anywhere. Informative, fun, friendly and even took photos for us. Highly highly recommend this tour but Cherie made the difference

Thoroughly enjoyed our small group guided trip, took all the stress out of it, they reminded us where to go, met us there right away, and introduced us to our leader Cherie , Who is friendly and well informed and experienced just a delight. We'd use this service again !

Tour was what we anticipated. Lost a lot of time however getting to the ferry. Suggest starting later to accommodate what is really happening time wise. Would rather be 20 minutes early than have a 50 minute wait because of just missing it.

We had a great knowledgeable guide, however, we met at the meeting spot at the right time after free time at the statue and were left after we didn't see the group. I would take the blame for it but there were 4 other people in our group that were left as well. I'm not sure the guide looked around in the shop to see if we were there (which is where we were told to be at a specific time. We had just went and grabbed a snack in the shop and the other 4 people were waiting up front the entire time. We did not get the tour of Ellis Island because we were never able to find the guide after the Statue of Liberty tour.

I wanted to hear about the history of the statue of liberty, not political opinions about immigration today, trying to convince us to think his way. If I can tell which political party my tour guide belongs to, then he’s not very good at being a tour guide.
