While you can visit the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, or the 9/11 Museum without booking this tour you would really miss a lot! Both Cherie and Alice are outstanding guides and their commentary and visuals (they each had a notebook of pictures) added so much to our understanding and enjoyment of the day.

Cherie was so interesting and knowledgeable which we have come to expect with the viator tours just absolutely amazing and we all were in awe of the the Statue of liberty and the opportunity to take photos and Cherie was fantastic making sure we all had the opportunity to take the photos close up to liberty, Ellis Island was so interesting and we all learned so much the first part of the day was faultless and just brilliant. Cherie clearly knows her stuff
We then met Tauren for the 9/11 tour in the afternoon and this was the most emotional and brilliant experience we could have ever expected Tauren is a fantastic story teller which makes it all real and the info then stays with yoou. The tour was just amazing and it's thanks to our brilliant guides Cherie and Tauren

Cherie and Alice were both fantastic! I took my 10 year old daughter on a trip to NY and they both did such a great job of engaging with her. We both learned lots of cool facts and loved it!

Our family of 4 (couple and 2 adult children) knew we had a big day ahead of us to see all of these sites and our 21-year old son wasn't feeling well due to bad food the prior day. Rob was so nice and helped our son out so he didn't have to drop out of the tour. Not only is Rob incredibly knowledgeable and experienced but he also had some of his own side stories and photos that really added to the intrigue. We went to additional sites along the way including the Oculus, St. Paul's, and FDNY 10 that added to our enjoyment of the day. He even suggested a great place to get lunch in an area that he knew was of interest to us. The 9/11 Museum left us all speechless and was very touching! Never forget! Although we were very tired at the end of the day, this tour is one we will always remember not only for the inspiring places we saw, but because we had a great guide that we won't soon forget. Great job, Rob!

The Tour was wonderful and the Guides were exceptional.. especially Cherie in the morning tour. This was an exhausting tour with all the steps and walking. I would not recommend during this all in one day again. I would definitely do it in two half days.

Statue of liberty tour needed more history and more of the guide talking not just taking accountability. 911 tour was good

So the Statue of Liberty part was great! But...the email said 5pm was start time to meet guide to get tickets for the 911 museum and when really 5pm was the end time...so we missed the activity due to Viator’s miscommunication...when I called and told them the situation...they were like sorry we can’t help you .
