Was a little nervous when I couldn’t make telephone contact with the transport company, luckily a rep from the welcome bureau helped out. Finally we met the driver, he was very courteous and gave us some great tips for our trip. A very nice person. If it wasn’t for him I would have given this transfer a two.

The driver was very courteous. However, when we called to say we were here, the person on the phone told us the number of the Gate to be picked. The driver found us there, but he had parked at another gate a long way away; My wife is 73 and walks with a cane. this made it very difficult for her.

driver was on time with the pick-up....courteous...competent....several stops en route to our hotel, but that is the price of a shared transfer

My driver took a while to show up. He called me first but I wasn’t ready. He left and was late about 30 to 40 minutes. He also appeared a bit impatient too.

Good service and competent driver but took quite a while to meet with him then we went to another terminal to pick up more people. These were dropped at 3 separate hotels across town and we were dropped last. This took more than 1.5 hours

We arrived in Paris on time and there was no one to be seen to take us to our hotel. We had to ask a representative from another transfer company if we could use his phne to contact Viator and ask where our transfer driver was. We were told that they were short of Maxi cabs and that one would be there in 20 minutes. In total we waited over an hour for our driver who had only been contacted after we rang. This also happened to our group of six upon our arrival in Dublin. Same story. The driver who came to get us in Amsterdam however was on time, beautifully dressed and handled our bags and got us to our hotel most efficiently.

We were picked up an hour late from the airport and we were not dropped off at the actual address provided. We had to walk with our luggage and find the place that we booked.

Save yourself the frustration and just hire a taxi or take the metro. Our driver never showed up and when I tried to call, I was hung up on. Learned a $40 lesson and won't repeat my mistake.

Finding the driver, and their overall customer service once found, was unacceptable. No instructions on where the pickup was provided ahead time and their overall presentation could be best described as rude. I would recommend that people take a taxi or private car over this service.

You will save money by not using a taxi but will waste so much time waiting around for your shuttle to arrive, for the other passengers to find the pick up location, and then for everyone to be dropped off along the way to their individual destinations that it is so not worth it! I will never use this service again. Take a taxi, get there quicker, have more time for fun!
