A great option to see the whole city; great for my mother who is in her 70s and could not get around walking as much.
Lot of city to cover.....short time frame....great to ride around in comfort....Sasha did a nice job of improvising along routes not normally taken...good time
The big bus was great for getting around Paris. The bus took me to see all of the major tourist attraction. I got a two day pass and was able to explore the city without having to take the metro. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Bought the 2 day pass with the river cruise. We used the first day to get the lay of the land. The second day we used the bus to get to specific attractions.
Myself and family.ily really enjoyed the 2 day trips. We done red and blue. Fun,friendly and informative..good value too.
The first Red route was really good with the major attractions of Paris with a guide on board pointing out what to see and suggestions of what to do and where to go.
The second Blue trip left much to be desired as there was no audio at all. All of the 12 stations were playing music and we did not know the names or history of the buildings let alone where we were.
This is quite poor as there was a bus full of sightseers just driving around. What is the point of paying for
glad we utilized this service as we doubled back to Notre Dame after having passed it on the bus tour - the following week, it burned down. Hard to find location to pick up the bus - not clear in the instructions that you can redeem your voucher on ANY of the bus stops. We traveled all the way to the opposite side of the city only to find that later. As there are many bus tour operators, please be more specific as to which bus to look for.
Staff are not very helpful nor welcoming. They are on their own world. The home office was the same, cold. The red line has a person guide but not really talking and let the audio machine works for him.
Our first bus trip was really good, the guide Martin was very knowledgeable.
However it went downhill after that as the trips over the next 2 days were disappointing due to lack of info (No guide on the buses), wait time for a bus (approx 40 mins on the red route), no seats available (so had to stand up downstairs and missed lots of sights) and not being informed that the stops on the blue route near to Sacre Coeur were drop off only.
A poor service for amount of cost.
I had to wait for an hour for a bus to show up. I was told they come every 15 minutes. This is not true so be prepared tow wait.
