I really enjoyed the dinner. Food was excellent and we made new friends!!! I would reccomend this to everyone visiting!
Amazing view from restaurant ! Food was good but not over the top! Nice bottle of wine ! Chocolate cake coffee! Waiters were polite! Afterwards we walked around on the restaurant door! We were then escorted to our cruise on the Sienne River which a beautiful 1 hour tour!
Fantastic service booked for our honeymoon the whole experience was serial 10 out ov 10 will use again quick easy and friendly
Feeling very excited dining at Restaurant 58, cuisines are delicious with the nice atmosphere. We enjoy a nice Seine river ride after the dinner. This is a birthday celebration event for myself.
Absolutely loved the restaurant and atmosphere. Service was great. Like most fancy restaurants, the portions were minimal, figured that would happen so we ate a bit beforehand. The only problem was that we were told that we can go to the second floor to see the view, but we had to take the stairs instead of the elevator. To take the elevator up, you had to go to the first floor and pay extra. As a trainer, I didn’t mind the challenge (it was 300 meters and took around three minutes, and it was cold!!) but we should be able to take the elevator. The cruise was nice. I would do it again!!
It wasn’t all that. The food is so basic. It’s a fixed menu chicken breast which is not so flavorful. The servers are not so friendly and not accommodating. Overall, it’s a waste of our money and time. I would not recommend it.
The Eiffel Tower was one for my bucket list, however we paid a lot of money for a very ordinary chicken dinner on the first level and we were only allowed to go to the 2nd floor by climbing the 300 stairs...I would've expected for the cost either before or after dinner a trip to the summit by elevator. Unfortunately not what I expected and the river cruise was not the glass topped boat which was stated in the description of the tour, very mundane cruise up and back on the Seine. So our experience was very average and a bit of a let down. 😏
When I booked tickets it stated 6.30pm meal, I didn’t receive an email advising it had been changed to 6pm! There wasn’t a seperate queue for the restaurant so we stood in line for the lift for an hour therefore we were late for our meal! Information states wear formal attire, but that is not true, obviously if you want to dress nice and smart you can but a nice pair of jeans and smart shoes is enough as there were other people there in trainers - tuxedo is not required! Meal was nice (but small) I could have ate it 3 times over :-)Views were good - if you get a good table. Staff were very friendly.Make sure you take warm clothes and hat and scarf for cruise if there in the winter if you sit upstairs as it was bitter cold but sights were nice.
The 3 course meal consisted of bread with no butter, a slice of some sort of jelled substance, which I found out by asking, was a chicken product paired with a tablespoon of shredded lettuce. A small TV dinner size chicken breast, with 2 tablespoons of cooked carrots. Dinner ended with a chocolate brownie. Don't be fooled, this was not a intimate dinner, all tables where shared with other people.
This was a complete failure. The dinner was at 8 pm however, did not note that we had to meet at 6. We were late from a previous outing called Viator asking if we could please change to the next day but they refused. I am out of $490.
I probably would have done better using my concierge than Viator.
I know better next time!’
Step out and experience the City of Lights at night. When darkness falls, Paris puts on a show with its river and monuments lit up to advantage. Dressed to the nines, you’ll be wined and dined while taking in panoramic views of the City of Love, at the 58 Tour Eiffel on the first floor of the tower or Les Ombres in the shadow of the tower. After your gourmet three-course meal, step aboard a glass-topped vessel to begin your cruise along the river Seine, marveling at how different, and even more beautiful, the city appears after sundown.
