Meet your host in central Paris early in the morning. You’ll be given your round-trip train ticket and escorted to the station to board the 8:13am Eurostar high-speed train to London. The train ride takes 2 hours and 15 minutes, getting you to London around 9:30am.
When you arrive at St Pancras station in London, you’ll be greeted by another host, who'll give you your hop-on hop-off sightseeing ticket and accompany you to the St Pancras station bus stop. After that, you're free to explore this incredible city on your own and spend the day as you please. For the hop-on hop-off tour, take the black Station Connector line to reach your desired stop — you can change to the red line at Baker Street — and board the double-decker bus to begin your tour. Click on 'View Additional Info' to see a map of the routes.
Get an overview of London’s sights and history as you cruise through the city and listen to the multi-lingual audio commentary. Hop on and off as you like to explore specific areas by foot. Take a break from sightseeing by strolling around the city center, visiting a museum, or enjoying a traditional English meal at a local pub. It’s entirely up to you!
Your hop-on hop-off ticket also includes a Thames River cruise. Hop off the bus at the Westminster stop and take in London’s scenery from a different perspective as you cruise along one of the most famous rivers in the world.
You’ll have up to eight hours in London. At the end of the day, leave enough time to make your own way back to St Pancras train station to board the Eurostar train back to Paris. You’ll arrive at the Gare du Nord station in the evening.
Gare du Nord, Paris
The train departure time will be 8:13am or 8:43am but is subject to change according to the Eurostar timetable

We were met on time at the Eurostar, received clear instructions and our tickets. Once in London we were met again hopped on the bus, took a wonderful Thames ride. Wonderful trip
it was amazing!
We enjoyed this trip. Very fast paced, but it's a great way to see main sites in London.
Lots of fun especially the tour of the tower of London.
London is Fabulous! Very diverse and friendly. The one day pass for the tour buses and transportation not so much. Better to can it around to save time. Harrods souvenir section is a must!!
great service need better time schudule
This can be planned on your own at over 1/2 the cost. The guide met us at the Eurostar station, gave us our tickets, and left. We did everything else on our own. There was a guide that met us in London, but all he did was show us where the hop on hop off bus was. It was a great experience, but not worth the money for this tour guide.
It was difficult to locate the person with the tickets for the train to begin with then the train was delayed so less time in London. Further, once we got to London, the rep we met sold us tickets to West Minister Abbey without telling us that it closed early and when we got there, it had just closed. If we would had known it closed early, we would had gone to that event first.
The Eurostar ride was comfortable and without any hiccups. Customs was easy and fast. However we could have done fine without the rudeness and scolding of the Paris city vision customer service staff. It was only our 2nd day in Paris so we did arrive a little late to the meeting spot. I called and profusely apologize for being late but the customer service staff just kept scolding me which I did not appreciate as this was not a free service they were providing. I paid almost 600 US dollars for this excursion. Also the directions to the meeting spot is not as clear as Paris city vision think they are. We walked past the guide at least 3 times and couldn't spot him because he did not have anything to identify him. Finally we walked up to a man standing in a corner and saw that he had a FOLDED sign in his hand with the company's name. Once we got done with the awful experience of the customer service staff and got out boarding info from the guidehe was nice and understanding to us being late, we went through customs very easily and quickly. The guide waiting in London was very nice and helpful. The city of London is beautiful and we enjoyed exploring it. We enjoyed the Thames River Cruise.
I very rarely spend this much time on a negative review but felt other travelers needed to be warned about this trip and what you really can expect. My wife and I booked the tour in March 2018 and were really looking forward to our first trip to London. First of all up front you need to know the tour is conducted by two operators Paris City Vision Paris and Golden Tours London. Be prepared, the Gare du Nord station is very confusing and cold! The Eurostar train was late as employees there acknowledged happens quite often. If you have already booked this trip, be sure and check your tickets as there is assigned seats on the train. Train ride went well and arrived in London about twenty minutes late. This is where the real issue with the tour started. Every representative of Golden Tours when asked for a time expectation would quote you a time that was at least 20-25 minutes over what it actually was. When we boarded the Hop on Hop Off Bus at the train station in London we were told it was a 40 minute ride to the first stop at the Tower of London. We arrived an hour and 10 minutes later! We toured the Tower of London after lunch and decided to re-board the bus at the same spot at around 1:45. We were told the buses returned to each stop every 25-30 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later, the bus finally arrived! We made the decision at that time that it was better to get back to the train station than try and do anything else including the free Thames River Cruise as Golden Tours advised we needed to get by no later than 5:30. We spent the next 2 hours on the bus in traffic not arriving back at the St Pancreas Station till well after 6pm just in time to catch our train back to Paris. There were many stops in that two hours that were unexplained by the drivers as one would disappear and be gone for up to 10 minutes? When again asked about time expectations we were always told only 25- 30 minutes to the train Station! We could have walked back faster! For a very expensive tour we were able to have lunch and see one London attraction. My advice is to pre-purchase your own Eurostar tickets and take Taxis to where ever you want to go, it will be cheaper and less stress! As a Level 6 Trip Advisor I take pride in writing accurate reviews and stand by this one!
