When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight arrival details and full address of your centrally located Paris accommodation (zip codes 75001-75020). Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle.
Please note: on December 24 and 31, transfers are only available until 6pm.
Upon arrival at the airport you must collect your luggage and proceed to the customs hall. The driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with the lead traveler's name written on it.

Driver was waiting for us at baggage claim. Pick up was quick and efficient as car was close outside. There was 4 of us with large bags as were staying for 3 weeks and the car was a little tight but we fit. The cost for the 4 of us was about the same as taking the bus to the city center. Drive was about an hour. Professional and would recommend.
This was excellent for our family. My wife has limited mobility, so this option was just what we needed,
The driver was timely, knowledgeable and friendly. He was where I expected him to be with a sign. I have walking issues and he was sympathetic. He told us about Paris and Bastille Day during the ride. Very enjoyable
Convenient to book ahead, but not worth the extra expense since Uber is available. Taxis are also available for a flat rate to central Paris from the airport.
The purpose of spending the extra money for a private transfer is service; especially a professional one that understand and can deal with delays. Our plane arrived late, it happens when you travel. I called the company and they told me our driver had left after waiting an hour and half. I asked why did they wait, our schedule change was posted? Don't you run an airport car service? They told me it would be 90 mins till they could get another car to pick me up. I walked over to the taxi line waited 5 mins and grabbed a ride. This lesson cost me $110 viator since refused to return the charge. Take a taxi.
We arrived NO DRIVER, then we had some lady greet us like 10 minutes later and told us that our driver was on the way, when he finally show up he hardly spoke English TERRIBLE attitude didn't even offer to carry our luggage and I can go on and on. Needless to say I will NEVER use this service AGAIN.

Terrible. The car and driver did not show up. Plane was one hour late due to weather but this was known as soon as we left Dulles. Very unfortunate and unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this service.
They were not there to meet us. Our flight was 20 min late and there was a long back up in immigration and customs. No one was there to meet us when we exited customs. They had our flight number and mobile phone numbers, but did not even call or check for delays. When I called from the airport, they said it was because we were late. Jetlagged we decided to take a taxi - had assumed it would be more money than transfer, but it was cheaper. Bye bye Paris Shuttle
To begin with our driver was to meet us outside of the area where we got our luggage and went through Customs, our instructions were to look for our Last Name on a placard
that he would be holding. He did not have a sign and it was only because we kept looking that we saw a person with the Name of the Company on the back of his jacket. (this was nothing like the pick-up we had before, where we were met by a gentleman who was dressed as a driver and had our name in plain sight so we could connect). The driver did help us with our luggage - however he seemed uncertain of just where he had left his car (which turned out to be a van, that was not that clean inside). If these two things were the only problem, we may have been able to overlook this, however, now comes the real story of our drive into Paris from CDG. Our driver finally found the Van and loaded our luggage and us into the Van, we stared out just fine and were going the same direction that we had traveled before, we were headed to our Hotel which was in the Latin Quarter. There was quite a bit of traffic and our driver decided to get off the main highway we were on to try to get around it, however this did not work - then I noticed that he seemed to be having trouble with his phone that he was using to navigate through the traffic. The trouble was his phone was not recharging and the further we got into areas of the highway that we had never seen before, we asked him to please stop as soon as he got us out of this tunnel and let's find out where we are. He finally said that his phone was dead and he had no idea where we were. I got my phone out with my charger and got in the front seat with him and plugged my phone in and the address we needed to get to. The tunnel we had gone through was taking out of the city and we were on our way to who knows where. My phone was able to get us back on track as my husband and I were telling him where to go and which lane to be in. After nearly 4 hours, we were finally at the front door of our hotel, the driver begged me not to report this extra excursion and we said our good bye and as we went into our hotel, we asked each other how was this poor man going to find his way out of the big city to where he lived? Who knows, maybe he is still driving around aimlessly in the Beautiful City of Paris.
