Good driver and appreciated him being on time and waiting for us as per schedule.
We were leaving on an early morning flight and needed to make sure we departed our hotel in a timely manner.
Great trip, driver was there to meet us and drove well. Would recommend his as an excellent
Excellent service provided for transfer from hotel to airport on our departure. The friendly driver was waiting for us at our accommodation. Water and sweets were provided in the vehicle which was a great touch.
Our driver was there for our departure time arranged previously and even stopped to get my friend some water free of charge during the trip to the airport! She was coughing a little bit and he bought all of us waters. Will definitely use again.
Have never had a negative experience with this company.
Driver was waiting when we arrived and courteous and helpful.
Driver arrived right at agreed time. Newer van but a little beat up and shows some wear. Driver was not wasting any time on the road. Recommended.
The driver came late. almost 1 hr late. It was a good thing that we still have enough time to get to the airport. We were so busy touring around the city and I easily missed the email of Viator asking me to call them a day before to confirm the pick up time that I booked. I only had the chance to read the email when we were already waiting for our pick up, wondering why nobody was picking us up. So when I saw the email, we called them right away. I don't agree with the way they conducted their business. Once you booked, and paid, it should be it, unless there are some changes , that 's the only time you call them back. You don't use your phone and pay for roaming just to confirm the pick up time which was already set in the booking. This is unacceptable way of making sure you have a airport transfer, wasting time and money calling back and forth .
We had our meeting time set for 5:15 a.m. I met him at 5:13 a.m. I do not speak French and he did not speak English but he seemed very put out from the start. We loaded the luggage and I told him I was going to get my family from the apartment. He told me (mainly by hand gestures since I do not speak French) that if we were not back in 5 minutes, he was going to unload the luggage and leave. He was watching a video on his cell phone while driving and actually started to reach for another cell phone to look at something. I asked him to put the electronics away and drive the van which he did. He was driving quite fast and as we approached CDG airport did not slow down. He was going over 100 km/hr in a 50 km/hr zone near the airport. I asked him to slow down and he started yelling at me in French. I stared yelling at him in English and I guess it is a good thing that we could not understand each other or it would have probably escalated even further. This guy was a real jerk and a danger to my family and other people on the streets of Paris. Something needs to be done about this guy. He should not be driving a transportation van!
This company should not be allowed to advertise or offer their service through Viator! We booked their car service pick up from our apartment to CDG the day before our flight. We received a phone call confirming the pick up time after booking. We received an email confirming the pick up time and another confirmation phone call the morning of our pick up. I was initially very impressed with the communication of the company. HOWEVER, we sat on the curb with our suitcases for ONE HOUR waiting for our driver. The website mentions a 20 minute window, so after 20 minutes I called the company. She couldn't find my booking, after I had just spoke with her a couple hours prior. She then tells me there is traffic and our driver is late but should arrive soon. I called back and she said the driver is on his way, but stil stuck in traffic. The driver then calls me and tells me he just received the phone call to come pick us up. The company had not even booked our driver until 30 minutes AFTER we were supposed to be picked up. The driver arrived one hour after our scheduled pick up time. We arrived to CDG airport and with all of the lines, we arrived to our plane 10 minutes AFTER the planes scheduled departure. The plane was scheduled to depart at 1:20 and we arrived to the plane at 1:30. Security had thankfully held the plane as there were more passengers stuck in the passport control line. However, if the plane departed on time, we would have missed our flight due to the terribly inadequate and dishonest service of this company. Very dissapointing service and should not be allowed to advertise on Viator!
