We had one day in Paris and bought a ticket for this cruise. We loved it!! We were able to see all the sights at each stop and we were cruising when we saw the Eiffel Tower light up in the evening. Such an amazing sight from the river. Highly recommend! Boats came about every 10-15 min .
I was not sure about this service when I first signed up, as I had never been to Paris before. We stayed in the 7th Arrondissement right near the Eiffel Tower and this service allowed this to be our base of operation for seeing all of Paris quite easily. It is a great service and hits many of the major tourist points around Paris. It allows you to get off an explore and then have a really nice cruise up and down the Seine, seeing sites and views you may not get elsewhere. Once you get used to lining up and hopping on and hopping off, you can easily get from one end of Paris to the other. You can also decide if you want cross the Seine on a nearby bridge and catch one of the nine stops to get you where you need to go more easily and quickly., You catch on very fast and I would use this service again when traveling to Paris.
Great. Never had to wait too long, except the very first pick up in the morning. Always got adjacent seats to sit. To board make sure you get the exact location from the website. Also, you need to climb steps to get from the boarding dock to the street level. So, not recommended if you have difficulty going up and down steps, but else a great way to see all the major attractions along the Seine.
Boats arrived on time, staff handling of loading and unloading polite and efficient. Boats clean with acceptable comfort. Five stars well deserved.
The hop on, hop off was an excellent way for my friends and I to see Paris in a short amount of time. Would do it again !
This is a great way to get around the city. It was so easy. Wish we had gotten the 48 hr. pass instead of the 24 hr. pass. Your pass is good for 24 hrs from when you use it. So if you use it at 5 pm, you have until 5 pm the next day to use it. If you get the 48 hr pass, you could potentially use it for 3 days, depending on you times.
I recommend the batobus to get away from the busy streets and take a break from long walks. On the negative side, it is not a good transportation mode when it rains or if it is too hot and sunny.
Great way to get around, but no information on any of the sites we were passing. But it did what we needed. Polite and efficient staff.
Purchased 2 vouchers online and exchanged for tickets at boarding point ((Louvre).
Lost one ticket when stopping off at Notre Dame later in day. Explained situation at ticket office and showed Batobus staff my evoucher. However staff categorically refused to re-issue ticket or allow me to board any boat. I was told to pay full price again for new ticket! Totally unacceptable!!!
Convenient but since it was raining hard we lost our money for the batobus on this first day we booked it.
Cruise along Paris’ Seine River on a hop-on hop-off sightseeing cruise! Use a 1-day ticket (24H) to travel to top Paris attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum, or upgrade to a 2-days (48H) ticket for another consecutive day of sightseeing. Simply hop on and off as many times as you like at any of the eight stops along the Seine River’s UNESCO-listed riverbanks.
