Great trip. Weather wasn’t great (rain) but we made the most of it. Driver Albert was brilliant . Arrived back at around 19:30pm. Long day but worth while. Big tip: If it’s raining bring an umbrella as we got drenched watching the Geysir and waterfall and were then wet and cold before even getting to the glacier 😊
And bring bag and spare clothes and food onto the snowmobile bus as your there a good few hours !

The guides were lovely, and the trip was well worth it, even in winter. when the sunlight is sparse. We got so much information about local history, and our guides were well humoured, fun, and caring. Thank you all so much for a fantastic trip from a widow and her young boy who needed something fantastic at Christmas! We will see you next year!

This was the perfect experience! From the cool vehicle to the amazing tour guide this trip couldn’t be better. The tour guide adjusted the stopping points to make the best adventure for us. He told us stories along the way. He even did a little off reading that the kids loved. I highly recommend skipping the tour busses and book this version of the golden circle

We went on the Golden Circle day tour with snowmobiling on Langjokull Glacier. It was a 10 hour tour and before we went I had no idea how they would keep us entertained for 10 hours. It was beautiful. Pingvellir National Park had great views, it was sunrise when we arrive there at 10 am and the sun coming up over the snow covered mountains was just breathtaking. The Geysir tour was very nice and the Gullfoss waterfall spectacular. We then went on the snowmobile tour. That was very fun, however there was a lot of waiting around as the bus had gotten stuck in the snow and then when were arrived at the location we had to wait a bit for the prior snowmobile group to get back. It was a little inconvenient but still worth it!

The country's geography and geology are fascinating and this trip gives a great insight. The snowmobiling is the added fun element. In time I'm sure there will be even more background information available at the site of the waterfall and about the glaciers. With only 4 hours of light and the weather not conducive for the Northern Lights we appreciate as much info as possible to maintain enthusiasm

This is a very good tour, but if your looking to go at your own pace this is not the tour for you. Very regimented on times as there is a lot to get done, especially with the diminishing light in winter. You’ll get 20-30 mins at each attraction. The Sniw mobiling on the glacier is the best part, the views are simply breathtaking not to mention your riding your own snow mobile.Overall a very good day out.

Although it was interesting, but feel that for the price charged for this trip, each individual should be given a solo snow mobile

We got picked up at 08:30am and dropped off at 20:00. In that time we were allowed off the bus at the national park for 35 minutes, the geysers for 30 minutes and Gullfoss falls for 15 mins. The speakers on the bus were not working so we missed all the commentary. We were then put on another bus to take us snowmobiling. The bus had no heating whatsoever and the temp outside was minus 9. We got to the snowmobile centre to be rushed into our outdoor attire. We booked a one hour skidoo for two people. We only got about 15 minutes each instead of the 30 minutes expected. They let you go up a hill, stand at the top for 10 mins, swap and back down. We then got put back on an unheated bus for the trip back to Gullfoss (around 45-50 minutes). All in all it felt like a very expensive day on a bus. That said the actual places are so worth a visit as they are stunning.

It was a nice trip, but not amazing and could have been a lot better. Seemed poorly organised and we didn't always know what was planned. There also seemed to be a few changes to the schedule which were communicated late or not at all. We got an extra half an hour at the Waterfall which was a blessing but didn't expect that until we got there - so couldn't plan. The snowmobiling was billed as the highlight - but there was so much waiting around, transferring from vehicle to vehicle - then when we go t there, we just drove slowly in single file one way for 10 - 15 minutes. Reached a point, sat there for 5/ 10 minutes wondering what was going to happen next, then we drove back to where we started, again slowly and in single file then got off and Hung around for ages until the vehicles were ready to take us back. Got back to Reykjavik 2 hours later than expected.
