I am very glad that we have chosen this tour. Our guide Anna and our driver Boris provided excellent service. Anna has a great knowledge about Russian history and St Petersburg and her English was beyond expectation. It was a pleasure to listening her narratives. We saw so much during 2 days of this tour what would be not possible with big group ( just think about a time needed for 40+ people to go in and out of the bus in addition to waiting in the queue to enter museums). The car was very comfortable Mercedes sedan, we were asked if we prefer bigger one. Boris is an excellent driver. We never got stack in the traffic and park always close to the spot. This tour is very suitable for someone with mobility problem. It absolutely worth the money and we decided as much as possible to take private tour like this one in the future. We highly recommend this tour and appreciate very much Anna and Boris for taking exceptional care of us in beautiful city of St Petersburg.
An outstanding guide and driver. Good value for money. The guide deserves full credit for given us a wonderful experience.
We had an amazing two days with Olga. Olga's knowledge of each place we visited throughout the city was extensive, from the museums to the architecture, to the overall history of beautiful St. Petersburg. She made our time there very enjoyable. I recommend this private tour to anyone spending two days in this amazing city, it was the perfect length of time, allowing for time after to do a bit of exploring on your own once the tour was complete mid-afternoon each day.
We had a wonderful time in St. Petersburg! Our guide, Maria, and our driver, Igor, were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They showed us exactly what we wanted to see, and even dropped us for an amazing lunch at Tsar (a Georgian restaurant with a wonderful caviar tasting). They really gave us a rich understanding about the city and Russia in general. I highly recommend this tour!
I was very apprehensive about leaving the cruise offerings for my own arrangements, but it couldn’t have worked out better! My guide and driver were phenomenal and I feel I made new friends as well as seeing and learning so much at a fraction of the price of cruise tours. The guide was so versed in art, architecture, history and culture that it was stimulating and inspiring.. Both she and the driver made things so easy for me since I walk with crutches.
We lunched at cute traditional spots. Unbelievable good luck to have Oksana and Stas..
Part of an 18 day Scandinavian tour, our time in St Petersburg with Katya was the highlight. We had a private tour with just two couples and we saw EVERYTHING in St Petersburg over two days. Katya did a wonderful job filling us in on the local history and provided us a totally new appreciation for this city and the surrounding areas. From palaces to scenic cruises to subways to museums, and more, we were able to get expedited entry and make the most of our time. Thanks again Katya and Vlad (our great driver)!!
Magnificent palaces, churches museums and gardens are sites to behold! Our tour guide Inna and driver Misha’s made our Russian adventure even more awesome.
My cousin and I ( 70’s female) enjoyed the entire 2days with our guide Elena and driver Boris. They packed the 2 days with lots of favorite and expected sites , as well as several unexpected, wonderful sites. For example, the Faberge Museum and lunch at 2 fabulous local restaurants for typical Russian cuisine. That was a treat! Also they were both attentive very interactive with us. Elena has extensive knowledge of history of art, architecture and Russia as a country.
Maria was our tour guide and without question she was the most knowledgeable of Russian history we have ever had. We truly loved the tour and would highly recommend it. The company is very professional.
Tatiana was an amazing tour guide! Everyone in our group (6 people) was so pleased with this tour, they couldn't say enough good things about the experience. Tatiana was very informative, very knowledgeable, spoke very good English and addressed all of our crazy questions easily. We visited everything mentioned in the tour, skipped all the lines and got a good history lesson at the same time. We told her up front that we were not that interested in museums so she was good at keeping it basic enough to keep our interest in the Hermitage and let us linger in the palaces where we had more interest. She even hunted down a Starbucks to get one of our group members her souvenir St. Petersburg cup. The restaurants she took us to were great and she was helpful in recommending some Russian dishes for us to try. We loved them all! Some of us opted for the evening add on where she was able to acquire us tickets to the Folk Show which was performed in a Palace and we were able to visit the nearby Vodka Museum and restaurant beforehand. She arranged for the others to be returned to the ship at the same time. It was a perfect 2 days in St. Petersburg!
