The tour was interesting and overall it was worth the investment. One has to be prepared to see a lot of churches! In the end we requested to skip some as they were all looking the same after a while. In any case, the tour was informative and walking through the Kremlin on a beautiful summer day was wonderful.

Our guide was Tanya, who provided us with an excellent service throughout the day from pick up at the hotel through to hotel return. Her knowledge of the history of Russia was explained with a good back ground of contemporary events elsewhere in the world. We enjoyed our day out.

This is a great way to see the city if, like me, you have never been before and are short of time. Tanya my guide spent time before we set off from my hotel, flexing the tour to my interests and making sure we could see everything I wanted too without rushing around. The start time was also flexible so I could fit it around my meetings. There is also the opportunity to extend if you want to which is good value and you can make the call on the day. Tanya was knowledgeable, relaxed and good company so I've no hesitation in recommending to to anyone visiting the city.

Oleg was a terrific guide. We visited central Moscow and I learned a great deal about architecture and Russian history I am a professional historian and I learned a great deal. It was nice to get a sense of the center of the city. Perfect for a first time visitor. I should add that even though Red Square was closed -- easy enough to visit without a guide -- we had more than enough to see.

My travel experience and tour with Viator was exactly what I had hoped it would be. I had taken the personal option because I was relatively short on time and wanted to move quickly, my guide Oleg was up for the challenge and delivered. He was polite, helpful, and above all very knowledgeable about the history of Red Square and the Kremlin, plus the surrounding area. He picked me up at my hotel which was about 30 minutes out of the city, I really appreciated that service as a first time traveler to Russian with very few Russian speaking skills. He had an exceptional interest in the architecture of downtown Moscow and was able to point out the differences and their historical meaning. Great tour and great job to my guide Oleg.

The Guide from WalksWithFolks was FABULOUS. She was delightful in all ways and went out of her way to alter to Tour to incorporate something that I wanted to see. Her explanations about the many Kremlin and Red Square Sights were deep, thought provoking and insightful. I highly recommend this Private Walking Tour.

I had a marvellous tour. The guide arrived bang on time, spoke perfect English, showed me the fascinating sights of this wonderful city, and made the day so very memorable. The guide clearly knows his subject and feeds interesting insights at every turn. You learn about the history, you see the wonders of the Kremlin, you marvel at the costumes, at the collection of royal coaches, at the frescoes and ancient art, and by the end of the tour your mind is full of the fantastic things you have been shown. Money very well spent. Thank you - I enjoyed it.

While we had absolutely awful weather, our tour was still absolutely incredible. Oleg went out of his way to ensure that we saw some of the most amazing parts of Moscow. If you take this tour, you should be a good walker, we had 27,000 steps by the end of the day. The best part was having an authentic lunch with Oleg. Moscow is an amazing city that changed all of our pre-conceived notions!
