Our guide was already waiting by the arrival area.
Thank you Viator for having this service. It is our first time here in Tokyo and it is obvious that we have zero clue of how to get here and there. We know we would have to learn to take the metro, but when your here for the first time, I surely recommend to use this service. Driver picks you up at the gate and voila, you are on your way to the hotel. No worries about anything. Heachache and stress free on your first day is a must. I think that how you should start to enjoy your trip more. It is a little pricey. However, I feel it is worth it.
This service was great. They were waiting with a sign right through customs and our plane was very delayed. Definitely recommend.
Amazing service no questions asked the shuttle to Tokyo
Incredible clean and the chauffer extremely friendly
Was there to greet us with their sign and was courteous and receptive. on time at airport, safe and timely travel to hotel
Fantastic service by the company and especially by the nice lady who picked us up at the airport. Our luggage was delayed, and she took time to find shops where we could buy clothes etc. She made us feel welcomed from the beginning.
The meet and greet person was very nice and professional at the airport. She was very accurate about when our ride will be coming by. She checked our documents and answered questions very professionally. The ride was smooth. The driver was very good. We enjoyed our ride. Thank you for providing excellent service. I always knew about Viator because I have used your tours in Europe. Great company and very easy to work with.
This transfer was very much as-advertised and we were taken to our hotel quickly and comfortably. There was a representative waiting for us immediately outside of customs and she took care of everything.
This was a very easy transit from Narita to our hotel in the Ginza district. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend -- great value...
very efficient the driver was at the airport on time waiting for us, it was a long drive from Narita to Ginza arrived at Peak hour next time will book an earlier flight.
