Getting around Aruba
Arubus, taxis and rental cars cover different kinds of Aruba trips. A stay around Oranjestad and the resort beaches needs a different transport plan from inland or remote coast visits.
Match transport to the places you actually plan to visit. Arubus links Oranjestad with resort areas, and taxis serve the airport and hotels. A rental car gives more flexibility for inland stops, but traffic through Oranjestad can affect timing. Inspect a rental vehicle at pickup and check current routes and fares before relying on them.
