Arashi Beach
Arashi is the last sandy swimming beach before the rocky northwestern tip, combining relatively calm water with a lighthouse-side setting.
Why go
Come here for a quieter beach session after visiting California Lighthouse or Boca Catalina. The cove has a different feel from the long hotel beaches, and its accessible shoreline lets you alternate time in the water with a short coastal stop.
What to look for
A northwestern beach close to the California Lighthouse.
Useful to know
Check local water conditions before snorkeling beyond the sheltered swimming area.
