Gallery of Modern Art Brisbane
Brisbane’s Gallery of Modern Art centres contemporary art and installations for children beside the river corridor. Its programme gives a South Bank visit a different focus from the neighbouring collection gallery.

Go here for contemporary work and the possibility of installations that younger visitors can engage with. The gallery offers a distinct choice within South Bank’s cultural cluster: follow current art here, then compare it with the Australian and international collections at Queensland Art Gallery if time allows. Check the current programme before planning around a particular display.
