Why go
This one-way highlands-to-coast route works best when the night ends in North Bali. Pura Ulun Danu Beratan provides the first water landscape in cool morning conditions. Sekumpul then becomes the demanding middle anchor; choose either the upper viewpoint or the full valley descent according to weather and energy. Lovina is the relaxed finish rather than another short attraction, leaving time for the dark-sand coast and an overnight base. Do not reverse the whole route back to southern Bali after sunset. Heavy rain should remove the waterfall descent, not merely shorten it.
