Bottom Bay
Visit Bottom Bay for sand, palms and coral cliffs on Barbados’s southeast coast. Treat it as a scenery and picnic stop; strong surf makes bathing inadvisable.
Bottom Bay sits below high coral cliffs, with palms behind the sand and an open outlook toward the sea. It is a place to take in the coastline or pause for a picnic rather than plan a swim. Waves can be very strong, making bathing inadvisable. Stay back from exposed cliff edges and assess the beach approach on arrival. The bay is a distinct St Philip stop from nearby Crane Beach.
