Museo de la Ciudad Autoconstruida
This museum tells Bogotá’s story through the communities of Ciudad Bolívar. Its southern location requires a separate outing, rewarded by perspectives largely absent from the historic center.
The displays focus on collective action, settlement and the work of making a neighborhood. They give context to the city seen from TransMiCable and help explain how residents shaped its southern hills. Allow time to read and listen rather than treating the museum simply as an excuse for a panoramic photograph.
