De Werf
De Werf was a Bruges jazz arts centre and record label that merged with Vrijstaat O. in 2017 to form KAAP.

De Werf matters as part of Bruges’ modern jazz history, not as a current venue. Its concerts and recordings supported Belgian musicians before the organization became part of KAAP. Consult the successor’s programme rather than traveling to find a separate De Werf arts centre.
