Red Pyramid
The Red Pyramid is Dahshur’s tall, smooth-sided monument, with a descending passage leading to corbelled chambers. It rewards visitors comfortable with confined spaces.
Why go
Built after the Bent Pyramid, it makes the move to a stable true-pyramid form legible in one excursion. The exterior offers the main comparison, while the interior adds a demanding passage and chamber sequence if open. Confirm access and allow extra time for the climb and descent.
