Why go
This route suits a cool or rainy day when you want cultural stops close together. Give Studio Bell time for its music exhibits, then move to the Central Library to see the building from inside and outside. The Confluence site adds the Bow and Elbow river setting and Calgary’s early history, but construction may limit access. Confirm current admission before treating its exhibits as the final main visit. The three sites sit in and beside East Village, so walking between them is modest. If the historic-site interior is closed, visit the grounds only if they are open, or finish after the library.
