Fernie Alpine Resort
Fernie's ski terrain climbs the Lizard Range above its British Columbia town, with five alpine bowls and glades that reward skiers who like natural terrain.
Why go
The bowls provide the mountain's identity: Siberia, Cedar, Timber, Currie and Lizard offer different lines across the same range. The resort also has beginner terrain near the base, so a mixed group can separate by ability before meeting again below.
What to look for
