Fortino di Orrico
Orrico's coastal fort stands on the north-western shore, reached along the Fortini paths, where defensive remains and open sea form the main experience.
The low fort walls stand directly above the north-western shore, where the defensive position is easier to understand than from a distant town viewpoint. Its exposed coastal setting also explains the demands of the Fortini walk. Orrico can be an individual walking destination without committing to every fort farther south.
