Roman Odeon
The smaller Roman Odeon sits just west of the Theatre inside the same archaeological complex. Its scale makes a useful comparison during the shared visit.
The Odeon gives the shared Roman Theatre visit a smaller performance space to compare with the broad cavea next door. Moving between the two reveals how different scales of ancient entertainment occupied the same complex. Enter through the Roman Theatre site rather than looking for a separate Odeon entrance, and allow a little extra time for the comparison.
What to look for
Compact Roman performance space beside the larger theatre
Useful to know
Use the Roman Theatre entrance at Via Vittorio Emanuele II 266; confirm current visiting hours with the archaeological park.
