Myrtiotissa Beach
Myrtiotissa is a small west-coast beach beneath steep wooded cliffs. Its narrow final road and descent make it a deliberate outing rather than a quick roadside swim.
The wooded cliffs give this little beach a tucked-away feel, but reaching it takes more effort than a drive-up resort shore. Allow time for the narrow approach and the descent. The reward is the close-set coastal scenery and a visit shaped as much by the setting as the sand.
What to look for
Steep wooded cliffs frame the small beach.
