Nicolau Font commissioned the house in 1877, and its restrained exterior gives little warning of the elaborate interior. Stained glass, ironwork, plaster decoration and patterned floors show how different crafts contributed to the home. It makes Lloret’s overseas connections tangible at the scale of rooms rather than a broad historical overview.
