Zlatni Rat Beach
Zlatni Rat is a shingle spit near Bol on Brač, with sea on both sides of its narrow point. Its shifting shape makes the shore itself the attraction.
Why go
This is as much a landscape visit as a beach day. Walking the spit shows how the point reaches into the sea, while the open shore makes wind and water conditions part of the experience. Choose a time that suits swimming conditions if you plan to enter the water, and bring protection from exposed sun.
