Hato Caves
Limestone chambers near the airport provide a different perspective on Curaçao from its beaches. The cave visit centers on rock formations, pools and the island’s long human history.
Hato brings the island’s limestone landscape indoors, though reaching the upper terrace still involves an exposed approach. Within the caves, formations and pools give the visit a clear focus. The site also connects natural history with earlier human occupation, making it a useful change of pace on the northern side.
