Round Tower (Copenhagen)
Round Tower offers a city view reached by a broad spiral ramp rather than an ordinary staircase. It is a compact way to see Copenhagen’s old centre from above.
Why go
The climb is part of the attraction: the seventeenth-century ramp coils steadily around the tower and leads toward its observatory level. At the top, look back over the dense roofs of the old centre. This works well as a focused viewpoint stop; allow extra time if you want to pause along the ramp or explore any current exhibitions.
