Shark Valley
A narrated tram tour follows Shark Valley’s 15-mile Everglades loop and stops at its observation tower. Allow time for the full circuit; the tower is halfway around the loop.
Choose the tram for an interpreted journey into the freshwater marsh without walking the long loop. The tower adds an overview of the sawgrass landscape to the wildlife observations along the route. Combining narration with a broad view from the tower helps explain the marsh’s scale; observations from the tram add detail to that larger picture.
