Why go
The museum follows the campaign beyond D-Day, from June through August 1944, and links operations to the people who lived through them. Its objects, film and thematic rooms help connect the beaches with the longer battle inland. It is a useful weather-sheltered anchor when exploring the Bayeux and Arromanches area.
