Coolangatta Beach
Coolangatta Beach fronts the southern town centre with sand, a foreshore walk and nearby cafés. It is easy to combine with a shorter urban stroll.
Why go
The beach gives a different day from the more exposed stretches farther north: the town sits immediately behind the sand, so breaks, food and the shore are close together. Walk toward Greenmount for changing coastal views, then return through the town centre.
